6月17日，*ST仁东（002647）发布公告，近日完成了注册资本变更登记并取得了新的营业执照。
公司于2024年12月30日收到广州中院的裁定，决定受理公司的重整申请，并于2025年2月18日批准了公司的重整计划。根据重整计划，公司于2025年3月12日成功转增了5.7亿股股票，导致公司总股本由5.6亿股增至11.3亿股，同时注册资本由5.6亿元变更为11.3亿元。
公司于2025年6月17日领取了换发的营业执照。
2025年一季度，*ST仁东实现收入2.02亿元，归母净利润4.85亿元。
