新京报贝壳财经讯 6月16日，韦尔股份发布公告称，公司证券简称将于6月20日起由“韦尔股份”变更为“豪威集团”，证券代码保持不变。公司已于近日完成工商变更登记等相关手续，并取得了上海市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》，公司名称正式由“上海韦尔半导体股份有限公司”变更为“豪威集成电路（集团）股份有限公司”。
