【财华社讯】德林控股(01709.HK)公布，预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将录得溢利介乎约1.1亿至1.3亿港元，同比增加约10.1%至30.1%。有关增加主要由于年內出售一间附属公司重新计量收益；年度家族办公室业务的贡献大幅增长；及部分由并无录得上个年度所录得的分步收购的重新计量收益(属一次性及非经常性质)所抵销。
