格隆汇6月17日｜据英国《金融时报》，礼来公司正就收购基因编辑初创公司Verve Therapeutics进行深入谈判，旨在增强其实验性药物研发管线。据知情人士透露，礼来公司的收购报价包括向Verve支付近10亿美元的预付款，以及在Verve达到某些临床里程碑后再支付3亿美元。如果谈判进展顺利，这笔交易最早可能在本周宣布。据悉，Verve Therapeutics目前正在开发一种用于降低高胆固醇水平的基因疗法，预计将与其他药物联合使用。
