人民财讯6月16日电，鸿利智汇(300219)6月16日晚间公告，近日，公司收到控股股东四川金舵的通知，四川金舵取得中国银行四川省分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，该行同意为四川金舵投资增持公司股份提供最高不超过4500万元的股票增持专项贷款，贷款期限为3年，《贷款承诺函》有效期为自签发之日起1年。
