6月11日晚，演员王子璇工作室发文称王子璇在昨晚剧组收工后，凌晨在住所浴室发生意外滑倒。此次意外致其腰部受伤，并引发旧疾。经专业评估，王子璇的伤势需进行系统性的治疗和长时间的静养康复，暂时无法继续进行高强度、长时间的拍摄工作，将正式退出《她的瞳》后续的拍摄工作。
