人民财讯6月16日电，万安科技(002590)6月16日晚间公告，公司于近日收到全资子公司浙江万安智驱汽车电子技术有限公司的现金分红款3000万元。上述所得分红款将增加公司2025年度母公司报表净利润，但不增加公司合并报表净利润。因此，该分红事项不会影响公司2025年度整体经营业绩。
