创金合信景雯灵活配置混合型证券投资基金（以下简称“本基金”）近期已连续 45 个工作日基金资产净值低于 5000 万元。依据《基金合同》约定，连续 20 个工作日出现基金份额持有人数量不满 200 人或者基金资产净值低于 5000 万元情形的，基金管理人需在定期报告中披露；连续 50 个工作日出现该情形的，基金管理人有权终止基金合同并按程序清算，无需召开基金份额持有人大会表决 。
