负载机动型外骨骼采用纯机械结构设计，可靠性高，在高寒、高海拔等极端环境下也能使用，最大承载重量约220斤，双腿站立时有了它的辅助可减重约70%，能有效保存官兵体能，减少非战斗性损伤。在中国国防信息化装备与技术博览会现场，记者穿上外骨骼试了试。
