北京时间6月15日，据Football Rankings数据统计，2025年世俱杯参赛的32支球队中，只有四支球队尚未赢得过顶级洲际赛事冠军。
这四支球队分别是：
马德里竞技（西班牙）
萨尔茨堡红牛（奥地利）
迈阿密国际（美国）
洛杉矶（美国）
尽管马竞曾在2009/10赛季、2011/12赛季和2017/18赛季三次夺得欧联杯冠军，但从未问鼎欧冠；而其余三队则尚未在各自大洲的顶级俱乐部赛事中登顶。
