6月13日14时，广东海事局将防台风应急响应从Ⅲ级提升至Ⅱ级。
粤西共有水上施工项目55个，已全部停工；受影响区域共停航客渡运航线83条、客渡运船舶239艘。琼州海峡客滚船已全线停航，上下川岛陆岛运输船舶和珠海海岛航线也已全线停航。
