6月12日，帝奥微（688381）发布公告，公司使用募集资金1.7亿元、自有资金3000万元向全资子公司帝奥微（上海）电子科技有限公司增资，其中1.7亿元募集资金用于实施“上海研发检测中心建设项目”；3000万元自有资金用于实施“车规级芯片研发及产业化项目”。
增资完成后，公司对帝奥微（上海）的持股比例仍为100%。
2025年一季度，帝奥微实现收入1.53亿元，归母净利润1240万元。
