6月12日，爱建集团（600643）公告称，6月11日，公司接下属公司华瑞租赁报告，为满足飞机租赁业务开展需要，华瑞租赁下属全资子公司大连祥瑞六预计将在2025年6月引进一架波音B787系列飞机，需要公司对其全资子公司大连祥瑞六提供担保，担保额度为不超过人民币10亿元，主要为购买一架飞机银行融资提供担保。
