达刚控股（300103）发布公告，持股5%以上的股东英奇管理在2025年5月28日至2025年6月11日期间通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份，累计权益变动比例为0.31%。
减持后，英奇管理的持股比例从15.27%降至14.96%，持股数量由4849万股减少至4752万股，仍为持有公司5%以上股份的股东。
