汽车零部件供应商马瑞利6月11日宣布，已在美国特拉华州地区破产法院申请第11章破产保护，以全面重组长期债务。
马瑞利表示，已从贷款机构获得11亿美元融资承诺，并且约80%的贷款机构已签署协议支持其重组。该公司称，在整个破产程序中以及未来，预计第11章程序不会对马瑞利的运营产生任何影响。
