6月11日，兴业银行（601166）发布公告，因工作分工调整，现任证券事务代表叶文欣将不再担任该职务。
同时，公司决定聘任李大鹏为新的证券事务代表。
李大鹏，男，1978年出生，拥有硕士研究生学历，目前担任公司董监事会办公室副总经理，已参加上海证券交易所董事会秘书资格培训并取得《董事会秘书资格证明》。
