6月11日，捷星亚洲航空公司发布消息称，旗下航班将陆续减少，并将在7月31日结束营业。
捷星亚洲表示，旗下500多名员工将在公司关闭期间获得支持，包括裁员补偿方案、就业与就业能力支持。在可行情况下，他们或能优先加入澳航集团，以及新加坡其他航空公司和航空业合作伙伴。
