粤进深 严明会克而瑞深圳区域统计数据显示，上周（6月2日-6月8日）深圳整体市场预售成交共网签394套，成交面积约40181㎡，环比下降36.8％，整体成交均价约58819元/㎡，环比微涨1.1％。
其中，普通住宅预售成交量价齐跌，成交362套，环比下跌34.7％，周度成交面积约37676㎡，环比下跌34.6％，成交均价约58197元/㎡，环比下降4.9％。
