当地时间6月9日上午，韩国首尔高等法院宣布，根据韩国宪法相关规定，法院决定推迟韩国总统李在明涉嫌违反《公职选举法》案的二审重审，相关案件的审理日期日后再行决定。
今年5月1日，韩国最高法院大法院推翻二审法院无罪判决，将相关案件以有罪定罪前提发回二审重审，二审法院首尔高等法院原定于6月18日开始进行重审相关程序。(总台记者 唐鑫)
