6月10日，中航光电（002179）公告称，持有公司股份169,118,704股（占本公司总股本比例7.98%）的大股东河南投资集团有限公司，计划在自本公告披露之日起的十五个交易日后的三个月内以集中竞价方式和大宗交易方式减持本公司股份不超7,000,000股（占本公司总股本比例约0.33046%）。
