美国当地时间6月9日，默沙东宣布，该公司研发的全球首个口服PCSK9抑制剂（enlicitide）在两项三期临床试验中均达到主要终点。该公司称，与安慰剂和其他口服非他汀类药物相比，该药物显著降低了低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C，通常被称为“坏胆固醇”）的水平。
