格隆汇6月9日丨国药控股(01099.HK)发布公告，胡立刚因工作安排原因，已于2025年6月9日向董事会提出辞任非执行董事职务，上述辞任即时生效。董事会决议建议委任胡立刚为公司副总裁，上述任职即时生效，任期至2026年9月14日止。同日，董事会决议建议委任马跃为非执行董事。
