泸州老窖6月6日在互动平台表示，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心和长期投资价值的认可，公司控股股东老窖集团计划自2025年3月14日起的6个月内，以增持专项贷款及自有资金通过集中竞价交易的方式增持公司股份，增持金额不低于15,000万元，不超过30,000万元。目前，老窖集团增持工作正在推进实施，公司将按规定及时披露进展情况。
