财联社6月6日电，孩子王(301078.SZ)公告称，公司拟受让关联方五星控股持有的江苏星丝域65%股权，同时通过江苏星丝域现金收购珠海市丝域实业发展有限公司100%股权，交易价格为16.5亿元。本次交易完成后，江苏星丝域和丝域实业都将成为公司的控股子公司。
