6月6日，美光科技宣布已开始出货全球首款采用1γ（1-gamma）制程节点的LPDDR5X内存认证样品。美光LPDDR5X内存速率达到每秒10.7 Gb（Gbps），同时功耗可降低高达20%。此外，美光工程师已将LPDDR5X的封装尺寸缩小至0.61毫米，较前一代产品高度降低14%。目前，美光已向特定合作伙伴送样基于1γ节点的LPDDR5X 16GB产品，并将提供从8GB至32GB的多种容量用于2026年的旗舰智能手机。
