6月6日，西海岸新区东方文化小镇1－1期项目规划调整，项目由青岛东方小镇文化旅游发展有限公司建设，位于崮上村南、崮山路东。根据出让土地的用途，细化调整平面功能名称，将4＃、7＃平面功能由商业细化调整为酒店客房，其余以审批图纸为准。经济技术指标不变。
