中国水业集团发布公告，于2025年6月5日，公司拟配售最多5747.2万股，相当于公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大的已发行股本约9.09%。 每股配售股份的配售价0.228港元，较6月5日收市价每股股份0.2490港元折让约8.43%。
配售事项的所得款项总额将约为1310万港元。配售事项的所得款项净额将约为1260万港元，当中约79.37%（约1000万港元）拟用作偿还债务；及约20.63%（约260万港元）拟用作集团的一般营运资金。
