法布雷加斯2023年11月出任科莫临时主帅，2024年7月正式出任科莫主帅。在刚刚过去的2024/25赛季中，科莫13胜10平15负排名意甲第10位，法布雷加斯当选了4月和5月的意甲最佳主帅。
