金融界6月3日消息，共达电声公告称，公司于2023年8月9日审议通过对外投资设立境外子公司的议案，又于2024年4月2日、2024年8月14日分别审议通过对境外全资子公司增资的议案。近日，其全资子公司GETTOP TECHNOLOGY(MALAYSIA)SDN.BHD.完成相关备案、审批及企业登记变更程序，取得增资后的营业执照，注册资本为55,076,000林吉特 。
