金融界6月3日消息，ST 新动力于 2025 年 6 月 3 日收到徐州市自然资源和规划局仲裁申请书，仲裁请求包括公司返还 125,166.79 平方米国有建设土地使用权、支付开工违约金 22,975,212.94 元（暂计至 2025 年 4 月 23 日），仲裁费用由公司承担。目前案件尚无仲裁结果，暂无法判断对公司利润的影响 。
