6月3日，厦门港务（000905）发布公告，董事陈赟因工作变动申请辞去公司第八届董事会董事职务。根据公司章程，陈赟的辞职自其辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。截至公告日，陈赟未持有公司股份。
2025年一季度，厦门港务实现收入43.28亿元，归母净利润6309万元。
