海昌海洋公园与祥源星海旅游（开曼）有限公司及祥源订立认购协议，拟以每股0.45港元配发及发行51亿股新股份，相当于扩大后已发行股本的38.60%，较6月2日收市价折让约46.43%。所得款项净额约22.84亿港元，将用于支持日常运营及补充营运资金、推动核心业务发展以及偿还部分现有债务。
