金风科技6月2日公告，公司拟使用自有资金回购部分H股股份，回购股份总数不超过审议通过当日公司已发行H股总数（不包括任何库存股份）的10%。回购价格不能等于或高于之前5个交易日H股在联交所的平均收市价的105%。回购的H股股份将予以注销或持做库存股份。
