金融界6月2日消息，亚玛顿于 2025 年 4 月 28 日召开董事会、5 月 19 日召开股东大会通过在阿联酋投资建设年产 50 万吨光伏玻璃生产线项目议案。近日，公司已完成阿联酋全资子公司相关工商注册登记手续，该子公司名为 Almaden Glass Industries Ltd ，成立于 2025 年 5 月 30 日 。
