新京报贝壳财经讯(记者张晓翀)5月29日，北京证券交易所上市公司福建省铁拓机械股份有限公司发布公告称，公司于2025年5月19日召开股东大会，审议通过2024年年度权益分派方案。本次分派以公司现有总股本9240.5245万股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利2元，共计派发现金红利1848万元。分派基准日未分配利润为1.21亿元。
