新思科技（Synopsys）当地时间5月29日公告，在宣布截至2025年4月30日的第二财季财务业绩后，5月29日新思科技收到美国商务部工业与安全局的函件（简称“BIS函件”），告知其与中国相关的新出口限制措施。新思科技目前正在评估BIS函件对其业务、经营业绩和财务状况的潜在影响。鉴于BIS最新规定，新思科技已暂停对2025财年第三季度及整个2025财年的财务指引。
