2025年5月29日，青云科技(688316.SH)公告称，公司核心技术人员廖洋于近日因个人原因申请辞去公司所任职务，并已办理完成离职手续。廖洋离职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
公告指出，2024 年 1 月至离职前，廖洋任北京青云智算科技有限公司副总经理。截至本公告披露日，廖洋通过天津颖悟科技中心（有限合伙）间接持有公司 0.07%股份。
