2025年5月29日，品高股份(688227.SH)公告称，公司全资子公司广州微高近日与深圳元脉云算科技有限公司（简称“深圳元脉”）签订了服务合同。
公告指出，根据合同约定，广州微高向深圳元脉提供算力资源服务（含算力设备租用、算力软件平台使用以及五年技术支持），总金额为3.97亿元（含税）。同履行期限为2025年8月1日至2030年7月31日。
