财联社5月28日电，多名日本政府相关人士28日透露，日本、美国、澳大利亚拟于亚洲安全会议30日至6月1日在新加坡召开之际举行三国防长会谈，已就此展开协调。预计三方将同意设置防务部门间的高官磋商机制，以加强自卫队和美澳两军在政策及运用层面的合作。此外计划提高部长级会议的频度。
