记者从大连市市政公用事业服务中心获悉，因道路施工需要，八一路（八一路转盘至秀月街）路段需要封闭施工。
施工日期为5月31日、6月1日两晚的22：30至次日早5：00。其间过往车辆可通过秀月街—解放路—八一路绕行。
大连市市政公用事业服务中心提醒过往车辆提前规划出行路线，避让施工封闭路段。
