5月25日，在2025RCEP区域发展媒体智库论坛上，韩国中央大学国际关系研究生院特聘教授安忠荣表示，中日韩合作是推动RCEP升级的关键。他指出，中日韩自由贸易协定可以作为“RCEP+”，在现有合作基础上引入更高水平的要素，助力RCEP平稳、高效地升级。（记者 弓玥琪 视频 耿婉茹）
