神州数码5月26日公告，公司拟在未来12个月期间内以不超过4.28亿元通过集中竞价、协议转让或法律法规允许的其他形式增持神州数码控股有限公司股票。本次增持前，公司已持有神州控股4.96%股份。公司董事长郭为为公司控股股东和实控人，其同时任神州控股董事长，神州控股为公司关联方。
