人民财讯5月26日电，润阳科技(300920)5月26日晚间公告，公司拟与上海傅利叶智能科技有限公司（简称“傅利叶”）签订《投资意向协议》，拟通过认缴标的公司新增注册资本额的方式进行投资，傅利叶的投前整体估值为80亿元，公司拟以现金方式合计投资不超过3亿元。
