2025年2月17日，射阳县农业农村局（下称我局）接到南充市公安局公共交通安全分局的案件线索移送函，称当事人涉嫌行政违法，将案件线索移送我局处理。经调查，涉案产品绿僵菌和白僵菌肥料产品属于微生物菌剂，未取得肥料登记证，当事人生产销售上述产品的行为违反《肥料登记管理办法》。我局依据《肥料登记管理办法》第二十六条，对其作出警告并罚款3840元。
