澎湃新闻从投资人处获悉，近日，新城发展（01030.HK）在新加坡举行路演活动。
截至2024年底，新城发展在全国已开业数量达173个，出租率达97.97%。全年实现销售额905亿元，商业运营收入约128.08亿元。
关于重资产吾悦广场是否继续做？新城告诉投资人，现有的173个吾悦广场中，158个为重资产。重资产吾悦广场还有10个，今明两年，公司还会开业3个，因资金问题剩下的7个暂时没有动工计划。
