5月26日，贝壳（02423/BEKE）发布公告，2025年5月23日，在纽约证券交易所回购股份82万股，回购价格在6.09美元至6.17美元之间，合计付出金额约为500万美元。
根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为3.68亿股，已回购股份1.12亿股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的3.035%。
