5月24日，。世乒赛无缘决赛，伊藤美诚实现女单“大满铜”。
伊藤美诚已实现女单“大满铜”，即在奥运会、世乒赛、世界杯三大赛事的单打项目中均获得过铜牌。
2021年东京奥运会女单季军争夺战中，伊藤美诚以4-1战胜新加坡选手于梦雨，获得铜牌；
2020年女子乒乓球世界杯中，她击败中国台北选手陈思羽，获得世界杯铜牌。
在2025年多哈世乒赛女单半决赛中，伊藤美诚0-4输给孙颖莎，获得世乒赛铜牌。
