5月23日，恒顺醋业（600305）公告称，公司控股股东江苏恒顺集团有限公司持有公司股份447,613,893股，占公司总股本的比例为40.36%。其计划自本次增持计划正式披露之日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式增持公司股份，增持总金额不低于5,000万元，不超过10,000万元。
