总台记者5月23日获悉，格鲁吉亚自5月15日起禁止俄罗斯和白俄罗斯公民通过再出口方式向第三国运输汽车及特种设备。
上述限制措施已从2023年起针对俄白两国政府实施，此次则将限制对象扩展至公民个人。俄白公民此前可通过"自行驾驶或使用拖车跨境运输车辆，并办理出口文件"，但新规实施后，仅限"非制裁国家"公民执行此类操作。（总台记者 郝薇）
