5月23日消息，野村控股发布关于下月举行年度股东大会的通知。其中提到，截至3月的财年，该公司7名高管的薪酬总额为46亿日元（约合3200万美元），较上一年8名同等职位高管的薪酬总额增长3%，达十多年来最高水平。他们的薪酬平均上涨18%。
野村上一财年录得创纪录的3407亿日元利润，受益于全球证券交易反弹和成本控制改善，交易撮合业务也因日本公司治理改革而得到推动。
